30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sixmakesy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at sixmakesy@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
